We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.   YOU WILL VIBE WITH US   All’interno della funzione Technology, la figura di Pre-Sales Solution Specialist supporterà il team Sales nella gestione delle opportunità di vendita, fornendo competenze tecniche e consulenziali durante tutto il ciclo di vendita.     Principali attività:   »   Collaborare costantemente con i team interni di Product Management, Tech, Sales e altri stakeholder aziendali per garantire un allineamento efficace tra offerta commerciale e capacità tecnologiche; »   Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti, tradurle in requisiti tecnici concreti e assicurarsi che le soluzioni proposte siano coerenti, fattibili e sostenibili dal punto di vista tecnico e operativo; »   Verificare con Product Owner e team di sviluppo la possibilità di personalizzazioni o integrazioni richieste dai clienti, per garantire che le soluzioni proposte siano realizzabili e in linea con gli standard aziendali; »   Redigere documentazione di supporto tecnico (analisi, offerte, capitolati, schede tecniche); »   Partecipare attivamente alle presentazioni e demo delle soluzioni, fornendo il necessario supporto tecnico alle figure commerciali.   WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU »   Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni in ruoli di prevendita/consulenza tecnica; »   Buona conoscenza di architetture software, soluzioni SaaS, piattaforme web e integrazioni tramite API/Web Services; »   Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e ascolto, con attitudine a interagire con interlocutori tecnici e non; »   Orientamento al cliente e al risultato, con attenzione alla qualità e alla sostenibilità delle proposte tecniche; »   Capacità relazionali e di negoziazione, utili per allineare area commerciale e area tecnica; »   Proattività, spirito collaborativo e predisposizione al lavoro in team multidisciplinari; »   Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; »   Laura in discipline tecniche o economiche.
