Responsabilidades: Coordinar, liderar y supervisar el desempeño del equipo a cargo para garantizar una atención efectiva y de calidad. Asegurar que los colaboradores reciban capacitación continua en habilidades de servicio al cliente, manejo de conflictos y técnicas de comunicación. Monitorear y garantizar que los clientes detractores reciban atención prioritaria para resolver sus problemas y reducir su insatisfacción. Desarrollar estrategias para convertir clientes pasivos en promotores, reforzando la percepción positiva sobre productos o servicios. Velar por la relación con clientes promotores, asegurándose de que reciban un trato excepcional y promoviendo su fidelización. El perfil necesario para el rol es:   Ingles escrito y hablado (avanzado) Excel avanzado Licenciatura/técnico superior universitario en Administración o a fin Experiencia mínima de 2/3 años en supervisión de área de atención telefónica.
