The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects. Context/ ROLE The Product Designer will demonstrate versatility and agility by producing an array of design assets including layouts, app and web content, video content and interactive media. YOUR ROLE Apply a strong understanding of interactive best practices, including visual design, front-end development, usability, and information architecture, to initiatives. Lead interactive concept and design initiatives, including websites, landing pages, email marketing, infographics, ads, and more, to deliver on business goals. Work with cross-functional team members to create visual solutions that engage and inform. Collaborate with team members to concept, storyboard, and produce media for print, web, and video. Interpret data and qualitative feedback to influence design and content effectiveness. Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis. Work directly with existing customers and potential users to collect feedback on concepts and designs. Regularly monitor user behavior in applications to ensure interactions are intuitive and functionality is easy to use. Work as a consultant to the product team to define standards and improve the user experience. YOUR PROFILE You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience designing and wire framing UX & UI for mobile apps and web apps that can face internal and external customers. You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered) Experience with payment (i.e. commercial cards), fintech, or B2B services is a plus Experience building and maintaining SaaS solutions is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working building wire frames & clickable concepts in Figma Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset Understanding of interaction design principles Strong knowledge of wireframing and UI prototyping Strong knowledge of interactive design Fluent spoken and written English VIBE WITH US Joining us means: Taking part in an ambitious corporate project Becoming part of a team that embraced the digitalization challenge and enjoys this transformation every day Living our values every day: passions for customers, respect, imagination, simplicity, entrepreneurial spirit.
