Diese Herausforderungen warten auf Sie: Definition von Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) für interne oder ausgelagerte Montageanlagen Entwicklung, Feinabstimmung und Einrichtung von Prozessautomatisierungsstationen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cobots (kollaborativen Robotern) Bewertung und Abnahme von Prozessstationen Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der IProM-Richtlinien Verantwortung für den Entwicklungszeitplan der Prozessstationen im Einklang mit CLEAN Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und VPS-Richtlinien während der Prozessentwicklung Sicherstellung der Koordination zwischen Prozessentwicklung und Produktdefinition Verbesserung der TRP (Technical Run Performance) der Anlagen zur Steigerung der Gesamtleistung Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere zur Reduzierung der Zykluszeiten automatisierter Zellen mit Fokus auf Engpässe Verantwortung für die gesamte prozessbezogene Dokumentation Meldung an die Vorgesetzten, wenn Standards nicht eingehalten werden Absicherung der automatisierten Stationen und Anlagen (z. B. durch Back-ups) Integration von SPS-Systemen (PLCs) in das Manufacturing Execution System (MES), inklusive Fehlercodeverwaltung und Implementierung von Rückverfolgbarkeitsfunktionen Das zeichnet Sie aus: Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten technischen Studienrichtung Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards, um die Konformität unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten Befolgung aller Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäß dem HSE-System (Health, Safety, Environment) Verantwortung für die relevanten Abschnitte der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltpolitik des Standorts Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Warum Valeo?
