(Senior) Product Manager (all genders) - Salesforce full-time position in our Product Management Division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible. Your tasks: Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility’s product strategy by defining a clear CRM and SRM vision and aligning the roadmap with business goals Collaborate across engineering, finance, customer excellence, and sales to design impactful, cost-efficient product solutions Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation and research to delivery, iteration, and optimization based on data and feedback Translate business needs into precise product specifications, ensuring quality outcomes through close work with Product Owners and Tech Leads Foster strong stakeholder relationships, communicate key milestones, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Your profile: Hold a strong academic foundation in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology and bring extensive experience in Salesforce product management within innovative, tech-driven environments such as start-ups or scale-ups Combine strategic vision with deep, hands-on expertise in product discovery, user research, agile methodologies, and prioritization frameworks, using modern product management tools Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels, demonstrating leadership, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and a solid understanding of CRM deployment and information system impacts Operate with a data-driven, agile, and transformation-oriented mindset, leveraging insights and metrics to guide decisions and drive impact Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage   What do we offer?
