Vos missions : Au sein du Département de Contrôle de Gestion Financière de la Business Unit Valeo Service France, vous travaillerez sur divers sujets :   General Ledger:   Examiner les MAES (Monthly Accounting Entry sheet), communiquer à temps et documenter tous les ecritures comptable de fin de mois (provision, cut off) au SSC Gérer le suivi des immobilisations: immobilisations en cours, amortissement avec justificatif du site, inventaire physique, provisionnement des amortissements pour activation tardive  Support au service Business Unit Closing binder: Préparez le BU Closing Binder avec les informations provenant du SCC et du site (document de support standard) et obtenir la validation par le contrôleur du site  Participer à la revue mensuelle du Closing Binder avec le SSC et Site Contribuer au plan d’action défini lors de la revue Account Payables/Account Receivables: Traiter, résoudre les problèmes et communiquer au SSC l’avancement des litiges fournisseurs/clients Résoudre les entrées de réservation en attente ( factures manuelles ou EDI non appariées avec bon de commande/bon de livraison) Interface avec le Centre de Services Partagés pour les frais de déplacement de son site dédié   Archiving: Responsables des archives financières locales avec le soutien du SSC Archivage des factures/pièces justificatives liées au site si non centralisées dans le SSC   Cette description n’est pas limitative.
