This position has the responsibility for the Merchant Network strategy and its implementation, as well as the growth and development of meaningful and profitable merchant, merchant acquirer and payment intermediary relations for Edenred Taiwan. The Merchant Account Manager is responsible for: Grow and Develop meaningful merchant as a strategic partner to penetrate Edenred sales and volume in Taiwan. Lead solution discovery with Key Merchants and enhance relationship/loyalty. Make Solution Proposals and Solution Designs utilizing Edenred products to strategic partners. Educate the merchants to implement optimal integration strategies, techniques and user experience best practices. Identify any product/functionality gaps required to meet market opportunities and collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Marketing and technical teams to define and provide Key Account Merchant value-added service. Research and analysis on the local market trends/needs and merchant performance to propose future integration/product/business development direction. New business pitches, presentations and business review with Key Merchants Other Ad Hoc tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements: University graduate, major in business is a plus. 5+ years' experience working in a client-facing focused role (Business Development, Account Management or Partnership Management) Experience in E-Commerce, E-voucher, payment solution, and loyalty program is a plus. Experience in developing and tracking client-centric strategies Strong business development skills and result oriented mindset. Proactive attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Languages: Good verbal and written English and Mandarin are required Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly efficient and able to multitask under pressure and prioritising multiple project with competing deadlines. Open minded, ability to review various ideas. Capable of working on own initiative and self-motivating Possess high level of integrity, meticulous, and able to work independently.
