Deine Aufgaben:  Terminplanung für den CEO sowie Organisation und Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Reisen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen mit internen/externen Stakeholdern und dem ExCom Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen sowie relevanten Dokumenten und Reportings Monitoring und Reporting von Fristen inkl. Pflege und Aufbereitung entsprechender Listen Ansprechpartner für das Reporting von Audit Findings sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten (z. B. Einführung neuer Software & Prozesse) Kontierung und Freigabe von Rechnungen in EASY sowie Versand von Dokumenten und Verträgen über  DocuSign Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und weiteren IT-Tools Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Empathie, Flexibilität, Diskretion, Loyalität, Organisationstalent sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir Dir bieten?
