Deine Aufgaben:  Durchführung von Sales- und Business-Analysen sowie von Abweichungs- analysen Entwicklung und Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung umsetzbarer Handlungsempfehlungen Erstellung von Dashboards auf Basis neuer Tools und aller relevanten Sales- & Lifecycle-KPIs Mitarbeit bei der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und BI-Tools Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Vertrieb, Marketing und Finance Dein Profil: Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Sales Management, sowie erste Erfahrung im Sales Operations oder Controlling Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI- und CRM-Tools (z. B. IBM Analytics, Salesforce) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität Pragmatische, lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigen- verantwortung und Motivation Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Was wir Dir bieten?
