Was dich erwartet – deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Content Marketing ist deine Spielwiese: Du findest immer wieder neue Ansätze für Whitepaper, Webinare, News-Reports und Co. – auch für verschiedene Zielgruppen von Prospects über Kunden bis zu Multiplikatoren wie Steuerberatern. Du entwickelst kreative Konzepte und Content-Kampagnen, die die klassische Aufmerksamkeitsspanne von 1,8 Sekunden sprengen. Deine Storylines bleiben im Herzen, deine Headlines in Erinnerung und dein Long-form-Content bringt deine Zielgruppen zum Handeln. Du entwickelst eine wiedererkennbare Brand Voice und sorgst dafür, dass sie unseren Kunden, Nutzern und Partnern auf allen Kanälen begegnet. Du steuerst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Sales und Partner Management die Erstellung und Verwaltung relevanter unterstützender Materialien. Womit du uns überzeugst: Erfahrung: Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Content Marketing. Kreativität: Du hast viele Ideen und deine Stärke ist es, Dinge aus anderen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten und neue Lösungen zu finden. Analytische Stärke: Zahlen & Daten machen dir Freude, keine Angst. Du weißt, wie man Insights in Inhalte übersetzt, die wirklich etwas bewirken. Storytelling: Du erstellst nicht nur einfach Content, du erzählst Geschichten in verschiedensten Formaten. Empathie: Du kannst dich in deine Zielgruppen hinein versetzen und weißt, wie du sie zum Handeln bringst. Neugier: Du verfolgst mit Begeisterung, was im (Content-)Marketing-Kosmos passiert. Du arbeitest mit KI, aber weißt auch, wo ihre Grenzen liegen und deine eigene Fähigkeit sowie Personality gefragt bleibt. Selbstständigkeit: Du magst Frei- und Gestaltungs-Spielraum und arbeitest hands-on, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
