Was dich erwartet – deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Neuaufstellung der Social-Media-Strategie (paid und organic) Übersetzung von Themen in kreative Konzepte und zielgruppengerechten Content (zunächst auf LinkedIn und Instagram) inkl. Entwicklung neuer Formate, Texten von Claims & Hooks sowie Begleitung der Produktion und Erstellung von Design-Briefings Kampagnen-Planung und -Durchführung über verschiedene Plattformen (Cross Channel) Paid-Social-Steuerung: Bewerbung performanter Beiträge und Kampagnen, Optimierung und Evaluation der Ads Aufbau eines internen Corporate-Influencer-Programms und Durchführung von internen Social-Media-Workshops Unterstützung beim Community Management Erstellung von Analysen & Reportings, Umsetzung der Learnings Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation von Best Practices und zur Optimierung der Content-Strategie Womit du uns überzeugst: Erfahrung: Du hast 2-3 Jahre relevante Social-Media-Erfahrung und kennst dich mit LinkedIn, Instagram und zentralen Tools wie Business und Ad Managern aus. Kreativität: Du hast viele Ideen und deine Stärke ist es, Dinge aus neuen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten und neue Lösungen zu finden. Analytische Stärke: Zahlen & Daten machen dir Freude, keine Angst. Du weißt, wie man Insights in Inhalte übersetzt, die wirklich etwas bewirken. Storytelling: Du machst nicht nur einfach Posts, du erzählst mit deinen Inhalten Geschichten in verschiedensten Formaten. Idealerweise fühlst du dich auch damit wohl, ab und an selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen und Content zu drehen. Empathie: Du kannst dich in deine Zielgruppen hinein versetzen und weißt, wie du sie zum Handeln bringst. Neugier: Du verfolgst mit Begeisterung, was im Marketing- und Social-Media-Kosmos passiert: Trends, Themen, Tools. Du arbeitest mit KI, aber weißt auch, wo ihre Grenzen liegen und deine eigene Fähigkeit sowie Personality gefragt bleibt. Schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit: Du hast aktuelle Ereignisse und Trends im Blick und kannst relevante Inhalte schnell umsetzen. Selbstständigkeit: Du magst Frei- und Gestaltungs-Spielraum und arbeitest hands-on, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
