Was dich erwartet – deine Aufgaben im Überblick: Management von Produktkategorien und Mitgestaltung der Discovery-Phase für neue Produkte. Begleitung der Umsetzung neuer Features und Anwendungen in cross-funktionalen Teams (z. B. Marketing, IT, BI). Sicherstellung der Qualität im Projektkontext sowie Pflege von Produktdokumentationen und Materialien (z. B. AGBs). Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen durch Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen (z. B. SWOT, Benchmarking). Bewertung und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen. Entwicklung und Optimierung von Customer Journeys. Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen (z. B. Sales, Customer Experience) zur Sicherstellung kundenorientierter und gesetzeskonformer Produktentwicklung. Kommunikation der Produktinhalte an interne und externe Stakeholder. Unterstützung bei Marketingkampagnen, Pressearbeit sowie Fach- und Vertriebsschulungen. Zentraler Ansprechpartner zwischen Fachbereichen und internen Dienstleistern. Eigenständige Weiterentwicklung in Methoden und Tools des Produktmanagements mit Unterstützung des Teams und Schulungen. Womit du uns überzeugst: Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Produktmarketing oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Payment- oder SaaS-Branche. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktmanagement oder Marketing. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung. Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar darzustellen und zu präsentieren, sowie sehr gute PowerPoint-Kenntnisse. Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen. Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Ausgeprägte analytische und koordinierende Fähigkeiten.
