Deine Aufgaben:  Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Tender- und Angebotsthemen sowie vollständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung nationaler und inter- nationaler Ausschreibungen Sicherstellung einheitlicher Tender-Qualität, Analyse komplexer Unterlagen, Erstellung präziser Angebotsunterlagen inkl. Preis-/Margenkalkulation und Optimierung der Tender-Prozesse Fachliche Beratung für KollegInnen und Management sowie Abstimmung mit Pricing, Finance, Legal & Compliance Organisation und Moderation interner Briefings/Präsentationen, Unterstützung bei Kundenterminen und Konfliktmanagement Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Preisanalysen, Erstellung von Tender-Reports, Monitoring von Fuel- & EV-Trends sowie (Teil-) Projektverantwortung Dein Profil: Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation Mind. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 5 Jahre in Sales/ Tendermanagement/Einkauf/Projektmanagement und 2 Jahre in Mobilitätsdienstleistungen Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kenntnisse in Compliance, Governance, Vertragsrecht, Datenschutz; MS-Office, Lotus Notes & CRM wünschenswert Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zielorientierung, Problemanalysefähigkeit, Konflikt- management, Präsentationsstärke und sehr gute Selbstorganisation Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Was wir Dir bieten?
