Objetivo General Brindar un servicio de soporte excepcional y personalizado a nuestros clientes elite y dependencias gubernamentales, asegurando la satisfacción y fidelización mediante la gestión oportuna de sus solicitudes y la generación de valor en cada interacción para mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y lealtad hacia nuestra compañía. Actividades del Ejecutivo de Soporte: Atención, seguimiento y resolución de incidencias generadas en el portal. Gestión de solicitudes relacionadas con cambios técnicos. Gestión de solicitudes administrativas, tales como actualización de dirección fiscal, modificaciones de administradores, cambios de representante legal, actualización de datos fiscales, entre otros. Brindar asesoría sobre el uso del portal web y capacitar a los administradores cuando así se requiera. Asistir al cliente en el llenado de layouts y en la interpretación de reportes conforme a sus requerimientos (asignaciones de saldo, tarjetas, entre otros). Realizar un seguimiento puntual y riguroso a las entregas de pedidos de tarjetas que el cliente solicite El perfil necesario para el rol es: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, preferentemente en sectores relacionados con ventas, logística o servicios. Nivel de estudios: Preparatoria concluida. Deseable Título universitario en Administración, Comunicación, Negocios, Turismo, Relaciones Internacionales o afines. Habilidades destacadas de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente. Actitud proactivo y orientada a resultados. Dominio de paquetería Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y herramienta CRM.
