Desktop Support Engineer Edenred PayTech | London or Swindon (Hybrid/WFH) Salary - £30,000 - £35,000   Edenred PayTech is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast‑paced, regulated fintech environment.   What you’ll be doing   You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people have the tools, access, and technology they need to perform at their best. Deliver first‑ and second‑line support across hardware, software, and user access Troubleshoot Windows, O365, networking, and device issues with confidence Manage laptop builds, imaging, and device lifecycle tasks Support onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment provisioning Maintain accurate asset records and documentation Collaborate with wider IT teams to escalate issues and support project delivery Champion great customer service and help drive continuous improvement What you’ll bring You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
