Πρακτική στο Performance Management & Insights, EMEA Tech operations department Ο ασκούμενος σε αυτή την πρακτική θα έχει την ευκαιρία να συμμετέχει στην υλοποίηση των λύσεων που παρέχονται από την ομάδα PM&I της IQVIA, σε πελάτες του φαρμακευτικού κλάδου, μέσω αρκετών σύντομων έργων, αναλαμβάνοντας διάφορους ρόλους (επιχειρηματικός αναλυτής, αναλυτής δεδομένων, προγραμματιστής λύσεων BI). Βασικές αρμοδιότητες • Συμμετέχει στην συλλογή και ανάλυση των απαιτήσεων του πελάτη • Υποστηρίζει την ομάδα στο σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση της BI λύσης: Data warehouse, ETL, Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy etc) • Εκτελεί ποσοτικούς και ποιοτικούς ελέγχους για τον εντοπισμό προβλημάτων και την λύση αυτών. • Συμμετέχει στην δημιουργία των υποστηρικτικών εγγράφων του έργου: καταγραφή προδιαγραφών & δημιουργία εγχειριδίων χρηστών. • Συμμετέχει στην υπηρεσία υποστήριξης πελατών - συντονίζει τη διαδικασία επίλυσης συμβάντων και προβλημάτων και διατηρεί επικοινωνία για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελάτων. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα • Πτυχίο BSc ή / και πτυχίο MSc ιδανικά στην Επιστήμη Υπολογιστών (Computer science), στην Επιστήμη Δεδομένων (Data science) ή σε σχετικό τεχνικό τομέα • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, δυνατές προφορικές και γραπτές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας • Δεξιότητες ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων • Αυτοπειθαρχία για σχεδιασμό και οργάνωση εργασιών • Ανάληψη ευθυνών, ομαδική εργασία • Δουλεύει πρόθυμα και αποτελεσματικά με άλλους εντός και εκτός του οργανισμού για την επίτευξη των στόχων της ομάδας • Αποτελεσματικές δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου • Η γνώση σε SQL, Data warehousing, ETL και ΒΙ tools είναι επιθυμητή.
