主要职责：       1. 协助同事进行报告(excel 格式)的编辑、排序、整合, 并完成IQVIA 内部系统的编辑、标记     2. 协助同事进行PDF 扫描发票的收集、排序、整合     3. PDF 发票的打印、整理、标记、邮寄     4. 协助部门在北京办 admin的工作包括但不限于会议协调、物资管理、文件管理，客户和市场宣传材料的准备等     5. 帮忙完成团队交予的其他相关工作       任职要求：     1. 在校生优先，大专及以上学历     2. 每周至少3天onsite，可连续实习至少5个月     3. 工作认真负责细心，态度积极     4. 学习能力强，能快速掌握要求，完成交予的任务     5. 有较强的office软件使用技能，熟练运用excel, pdf, word等办公软件 6. 有一定的沟通能力，邮件书写技能，能看懂英文邮件 IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
