IQVIA is seeking a Registered Nurse currently working casual, part time or shift work who may be interested in working with patients in the home on one of our many successful programs. This position will see you collect the vials from the designated collection point, and transport using cold chain procedures to the place of the patient’s infusion. Each infusion is done via IV cannulation over a period of 5 - 6 hours every fortnight. The patient will be referred to the home infusion program at the discretion of the treating physician. Patients on this program are diagnosed with Pompe disease. Location: Coonabarabran NSW Essential: RN (Current Registration) Current Basic Life Support Certificate Manual handling certificate IV Cannulation Skills A clear, detailed, and professional understanding of infection control procedures High attention to detail Current/ full/ unrestricted driver’s licence WWC Check IT Proficient Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Flexible with time and days Desirable: Community nursing experience  ERT administration experience Able to access Central Venus Access Devices (CVAD) Training is done online and is paid.
