External Job Description CZ PRÁCE po TELEFONU – NEJEDNÁ SE O PRODEJ Hledáme aktivní kolegy pro dlouhodobou spolupráci. Jsi schopen zavolat lékaři, lékárníkovi, či jinému zdravotnickému personálu? (kontakty ti poskytneme) Nechceš nic prodávat po telefonu? Chceš být součástí přátelského týmu? Ano? Co budeš mít na starost? • Denně telefonicky mluvit s lékaři a lékárníky dle připravených projektů • Zaznamenávat výsledky hovoru do PC Je potřeba • Nebát se telefonovat • Skvěle komunikovat v Českém nebo Slovenském jazyce • Předchozí zkušenost s prací na telefonu (ideálně) • Ovládat základy Excel, Word, Outlook (opravdu jen základ) • Chuť pracovat v kanceláři, po zaučení částečně i z   domova Co od nás můžeš očekávat? • Pracoviště blízko stanice metra Křižíkova • Přátelský kolektiv • Káva a čaj zdarma • Zaučení na každý project mzda je 150,- Kč/hod (+ případný finanční bonus v případě extra výkonu) Těšíme se na tebe! What will be your responsibilties? • Daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects • Record call results to PC Recommended skills • Don't be afraid to call • Previous experience in customer service, call centre (ideally) • Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language • Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently • Willingness to work in the office, after learning partly from home What can you expect from us? • Workplace close the Křižíkova metro station • Friendly team • Free coffee and tea • Learning for each project Salary is 150 CZK/hour (+ possible additional finance bonus in case of extra performance) We look forward to meeting you!
