As HR Business Partner, provide expertise, support and advice to assigned business units, work on the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of HR programs. （This is a short-term Contractor position till 2024 year end)   Location: Shanghai   Essential Functions •    Execute HR strategy to support business growth and transformational change •    Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and performance management to strengthen and upgrade the functional capability •    Play a role as change agent and to optimize organization structure with business to achieve the sustainable performance and productivity goals •    Support business leaders to build an inspiring organization culture •    Be a trusted advisor to diagnose the personal/organization effectiveness and team cohesiveness •    Maximize HR functionality efficiency and effectiveness through best delivery model and professional coaching to business •    Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management and line manager   Qualifications •    Bachelor's Degree with at least 1-2 years HR experience  •    Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and systems, as well as local law •    Proficiency in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point •    Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills •    Good command of English •    Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters •    Detail oriented, strong analytical logic foundation and a good team player IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
