Key Responsibilities As part of our team, you will: Drive the  month-end closing process  and perform reconciliations to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate and audit-ready accounting records. Ensure compliance with  IQVIA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  and local regulations. Provide expert support to business partners and assist them in making informed financial decisions. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and suggest innovative solutions. Manage detailed account reconciliations and resolve open items in a timely manner. Play an active role in  Finance-related projects  and assume responsibility for regional tasks or small legal entities. Mentor junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree  in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of  3-5 years’ experience  in accounting or an equivalent combination Advance English in speaking and writing Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules – is not used in Europe Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel) Good analytical and numeracy skills. Additional skills: Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.  Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
