Deputy Commercial Lead Location: Borehamwood This pivotal role supports the Commercial Lead in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will play a key part in shaping commercial strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance across all activities. Responsibilities Support commercial strategy and execution Lead framework submissions and pricing strategy Provide leadership and coaching to commercial teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day commercial operations Ensure compliance and competitive positioning What we’re looking for: Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Proven experience in commercial leadership within the UK healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Strong commercial acumen Experience in NHS frameworks and pricing models Ability to manage cross-functional teams Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with compliance standards and governance requirements in healthcare.
