Agence experte en communication santé et social media, RCA Factory, an IQVIA business – conçoit des stratégies marketing, digitale et social média et déploie des campagnes de communication environnement et produits à destination de différents publics : professionnels de santé (médecins, pharmaciens), patients et aidants, et grand public. RCA Factory, an IQVIA business – accompagne également les entreprises du secteur santé / pharma dans leur communication corporate sur les réseaux sociaux ainsi que leurs dirigeants dans leur communication social média (Social CEO).  Descriptif du poste Sous la responsabilité de la directrice générale, vous serez amené(e) à Superviser et manager quotidien des chefs de projet Aider à la formation des équipes projet Participer aux réunions clés et accompagnement des équipes Suivre des indicateurs de performance des projets (qualitatifs/quantitatifs) Assurer la gestion des livrables : qualité et respect des délais, relecture des supports Assurer la gestion proactive de la satisfaction client et résolution de problèmes Assurer une veille des tendances social media afin de proposer des nouveaux concepts créatifs et propositions aux clients de l’agence Élaborer de bilans réguliers pour la direction Développer la clientèle avec des propositions commerciales Participer aux appels d’offres et création de nouvelles offres commerciales Assurer la gestion de projets en cas d’absence de chefs de projet Profil recherché Votre profil : Vous êtes passionné(e) par les réseaux sociaux et l’univers de la santé et du bien-être ? Vous avez un sens aiguisé de l’organisation et de la relation client ? Ce poste est fait pour vous si : Vous disposez de  5 ans d’expérience  minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement en agence avec des clients issus du secteur de la santé. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement  les réseaux sociaux  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) et connaissez les bonnes pratiques de chacun, notamment en matière de communication institutionnelle, engagement et gestion de communautés. Vous possédez une solide expertise dans le développement de projets créatifs web, social media et commercial. Vous êtes curieux(se), toujours à l’affût des innovations, nouvelles technologies et tendances sur les réseaux sociaux. Vous avez un goût prononcé pour la  relation clientèle . Vous avez une excellente  maîtrise de l’anglais , tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, ce qui est fortement recommandé pour ce poste. Vous avez un  intérêt particulier pour les secteurs de la santé, du bien-être et de la pharma .
