Standort: Mannheim, Deutschland Anstellung: Teilzeit (16 Stunden pro Woche), zunächst für ca. 6 Monate Start: Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Über die Position IQVIA sucht eine Studienassistenz / Study Nurse (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Durchführung einer klinischen Studie an einem Studienzentrum in Mannheim. Diese Rolle eignet sich für Fachkräfte mit Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung, die sich für Patient*innenbetreuung und qualitativ hochwertige Studienarbeit begeistern. Ihre Aufgaben Studienkoordination: Unterstützung bei der Organisation klinischer Studien unter Leitung des Principal Investigators, Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien. Patientenbetreuung: Sicherstellung des Wohlergehens der Patient*innen und Berücksichtigung ihrer Anliegen. Administrative Aufgaben: Pflege von Studienprotokollen, CRFs, EDC-Systemen und weiteren Dokumenten. Logistik & Vorbereitung: Organisation von Studienabläufen, Materialvorbereitung (z. B. Beschriftung von Probenröhrchen), Inventur und technische Unterstützung. Datenmanagement: Dateneingabe, Qualitätsprüfung und Beantwortung von Rückfragen. Rekrutierung & Screening: Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme von Patient*innen in die Studie gemäß Studienprotokoll. Kommunikation: Dokumentation klinischer Daten, Meldung unerwünschter Ereignisse und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Studienmonitor. Ihr Profil Mindestens 1 Jahr eins chlägige Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung. Fundierte Kenntnisse klinischer Studienprozesse, Einwilligungserklärungen und Studienpläne. Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Windows, MS Office: Access, Outlook, Excel, Word). Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse Warum IQVIA?
