Location: Karachi, Quetta, Multan, Lahore and Gujranwala Job Overview Under guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field. Essential Functions • Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data. • Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals. • Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc. • Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles. • Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders • Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries • Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction. Qualifications • Graduate degree or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales , preferably in Pharmaceutical companies . • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willing to travel as required for the role IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
