We are seeking an experienced Field Work Manager to lead and oversee all field operations for our market research projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data collection, efficient team management, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies. Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and manage field staff to ensure effective and accurate data collection. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain high standards of quality. Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines. 2. Project Execution Collaborate with research teams to translate project objectives into actionable fieldwork plans. Oversee implementation of fieldwork strategies, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions promptly. 3. Quality Assurance Define and enforce rigorous data collection protocols to guarantee accuracy and reliability. Conduct regular field audits and visits to ensure compliance with procedures. Review collected data for consistency and resolve discrepancies proactively. 4. Communication & Reporting Act as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and external stakeholders. Deliver timely updates on field operations, including progress, risks, and solutions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing fieldwork outcomes. 5. Budget & Resource Management Assist in developing and managing fieldwork budgets. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on field operations. Proven track record in team leadership and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., CATI, CAWI ) preferred. Familiarity with pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Work Conditions Willingness to travel for field visits and project oversight. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
