As part of this growth, we are expanding our FW development teams in Hyderabad. What You Can Expect As a senior member and technical leader of the development team, you will interact with different teams such as SoC design, SoC validation, QA, Field Application Engineers and customers. You will be responsible for a combination of tasks including owning a set of FW deliverables, leading multiple development engineers across multiple geographies, create FW architecture (or part thereof) from the marketing and/or customer requirement specifications, FW design, implementation, qualification and customer support, working as part of the larger worldwide FW team. You will be part of a Hyderabad based team collaborating with other teams across the globe. What We're Looking For Required Experience BE/B.tech/BSc or ME/M.Tech/MSc in electrical engineering, computer engineering or similar Successful track record of strong technical leadership - lead a large, complex, multi-processor, multi-domain, multi-geo teams Strong software/firmware engineering background Experience developing security and/or storage products from concept to production and beyond Minimum 15 years of relevant experience Experience with firmware development working closely with SoC development organization Knowledge of C, C++, Python and embedded firmware tools and techniques Ability work in dynamic and fast paced work environment Ability to technically lead the development of multiple modules in a large FW stack Preferred Experience: People management skill/past experience is good to have skill Experience of working on cryptographic and/or security FW protocols Experience of firmware development on either of SSD, NVMe Bridge, Storage Controller, PCIe HBA products Experience with NVMe, PCIe, Security, Management protocols RUST Using FW Simulators for Pre-Si FW development Affinity with Agile development Deep knowledge of processor architectures, such as ARM Experience with design and support for mass production Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
