OUR BENEFITS   Joining Oshkosh Aerotech means becoming a valued member of a dynamic team with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401K, and more!   PAY RANGE The annual salary range for this role is between $130-137K YOUR IMPACT   These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.   Provide direct supervision of on-site personnel and ensure staffing coverage for 24/7 operations Serve as the primary on-site point of contact with LAXTEC, airlines, and airport stakeholders Ensure compliance with contract requirements related to safety, staffing, performance metrics, and reporting Oversee safety programs, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance Manage staffing plans, schedules, and workforce adjustments for peak and non-peak operations Ensure contract-required licensed personnel (electrician, welder, HVACR/EPA 608) are assigned and compliant Oversee CMMS usage, work order documentation, and monthly performance reporting Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews Enforce professional conduct, qualifications, and performance standards for assigned staff MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred , or equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated capability Five (5) years of experience managing maintenance teams Demonstrated experience leading or supervising operations, maintenance, or technical teams in a 24/7 environment Proven ability to manage safety programs, compliance requirements, and incident response Experience coordinating with customers, regulators, or operational stakeholders Ability to manage staffing, schedules, and workforce performance Ability to obtain airport security badging and meet LAWA/TSA requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to be on-call and work occasional evenings and weekends .   PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS   Experience in airport, aviation, transportation, facilities, or industrial operations Familiarity with maintenance operations, CMMS systems, or performance-based contracts Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.    #LI-TM1 OSKHIGH1917   PHYSICAL DEMANDS   While performing the duties of Site Manager, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder work required . The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircrafts and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close , proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required .   WORK ENVIRONMENT   The primary work environment is similar to an office environment .  However, the Site Manager must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft .   Pay Range: $82,900.00 - $134,300.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
