As part of the CXL Firmware and Software team, you will drive development across Structera A and X families: · Structera A: Near-memory accelerators that enable optimal compute and memory scaling. · Structera X: Memory-expansion controllers that maximize performance and support sustainability goals. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, product management, and customers. You will be responsible for delivering robust firmware and software solutions that power next-generation memory infrastructure. What You Can Expect Lead and manage a team of firmware engineers involved in the development of CXL and PCIe End Point devices of Marvell. Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of software for Marvell . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical background. Contribute to the development of project goals and schedules. Demonstrate leadership and execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams Collaborate with teams across various sites. Responsible to mentor and train the team Manage the engineering resource allocation. Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment What We're Looking For Master’s degree in computer science/ computer engineering 12+ years of experience in semiconductor industry Known track record for developing embedded system Lead teams with more than 5 people. Lead teams for developing pcie endpoint devices Debugging experience in embedded environments.
