About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fieldwork Specialist to join our team in Poland. This role plays a critical part in supporting fieldwork operations, ensuring the smooth execution of research activities and data collection processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality fieldwork support across various projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support fieldwork activities across assigned projects. Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables. Monitor fieldwork progress and resolve any operational issues. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to fieldwork execution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fieldwork function. Qualifications A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Management or equivalent. Preferable 1-2 years of experience in market research, fieldwork coordination, or project management Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., CAPI, CAWI) Fluent in Polish and good command of English (B2 level+). Why Join Us? The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
