The Backpanel team member will be a part of the Backpanel department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 75+lbs on a regular basis due to the complexity of handling the materials that need to be cut and hung in the houses. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments. This position requires the ability to stand and climb stairs throughout the day. This is a level BRAVO role , $25.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.   Why Clayton?
