SUMMARY   The Digital Technology (DT) Intern will have the opportunity to support and engage with various functions across the DT organization, including data management, systems development, business analysis, testing, project management, cybersecurity, and technical analysis. This role will work closely with DT professionals and actively contribute to projects. The objective is to expand the intern’s understanding of the digital technology field while applying academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.    YOUR IMPACT   Provide day-to-day support within assigned DT functions. Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply IT and digital business practices to support strategic processes and initiatives. Assist in the design, development, testing, and integration of technology solutions. Contribute to the implementation of information technology and business processes. Perform assigned activities in accordance with project plans and timelines. *Job duties will vary depending on business unit and location of internship.   This internship is fulltime, 40 hours per week, during the summer of 2026.    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Security. General understanding of information technology concepts and practices Willing to travel or relocate to Dodge Center, MN for the Summer of 202 6 (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Dodge Center, MN)    STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong work ethic with the ability to quickly learn new tools, programs, and processes. Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple projects. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
