Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between function and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions to aid in the process and innovation of business functions YOUR IMPACT: • Understand business processes and systems for their functional area and act as a liaison for the functional area between IT and the business. • Facilitate requirements gathering with individuals or small teams in functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirement document. • Identify and gather appropriate business requirements to create the necessary technical solution to satisfy the business need. • Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, and assist in defining and test plans, strategies, and the creation of scripts. • Work in conjunction with project manager and technical teams to execute test plans, test scripts, and update existing scripts to support user acceptance testing. • Provide artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc.), and support production teams when needed. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing. • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines. • Other duties as assigned. • Regular attendance is required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors degree with two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, ITIL and BA practice knowledge • Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization. #LI-AG1 *OSK1917 Pay Range: $73,200.00 - $117,800.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
