Die Position ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Standorte: hybrides Arbeitsmodell - Dortmund, Berlin, Frankfurt, München und Umgebung. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vollblut-Service Manager für folgende Aufgaben. Projektmanagement und Aufgabenbereiche Validierung von Projektumfang, -plänen und -zeitplänen für mittelkomplexe Projekte. Einhaltung und Vorschlag geeigneter Erfolgsmetriken. Anwendung und Mitgestaltung von Standards (z. B. Lieferprozesse, Rollen, Compliance). Identifikation und Eskalation von Risiken an das Management. Steuerung von Projektlieferung, Umfang und Kosten unter übergeordneter Aufsicht. Verantwortung für den Abschluss des Projekts. Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen. Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Kommunikationsplans. Change Management Analyse der Auswirkungen von Veränderungen. Förderung von Akzeptanz und Unterstützung im Unternehmen. Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaßnahmen. Evaluierung und Optimierung Bewertung der Projektergebnisse anhand von Erfolgskennzahlen. Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in Prozessen, Ressourcen und Lösungen. Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Bereitstellung von Teamkennzahlen. Qualifikationen Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung). Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Software- und/oder Produktentwicklung. Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
