This position will cover IC products for one or more products lines. The position requires understanding of FA process and knowledge of IC fab process, package assembly process, ATE testing, bench testing. What You Can Expect Own failure analysis for both customer returns and internal product development support. Manage entire FA process, from ATE and system/bench testing to fault isolation and physical FA, and to generate 8D report for customer. Ensure internal partners are fully aware of the thoroughness of an FA and the expected Turn Around Time (TAT). Effectively manage external physical FA labs to deliver PFA results to meet Marvell s quality and TAT expectations. Work closely with CQEs to communicate FA report to customers. What We're Looking For IC FA knowledge: Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA), Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) 8D problem solving expertise Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills Strong social skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-function teams BS engineering degree. EE and advanced degree preferred. Min 3 years hands-on in failure analysis laboratory and 10 years working experience in the semiconductor industry. Broad understanding of the IC fab and packaging processes, product, and testing.
