What We're Looking For • Exceptional leader and sales coach with a focus on strong sales skills and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with customers. • 7+ Years in Industry Sales Roles. Global Accounts with DSP/driver/TIA working experience preferred. • Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements. • Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account. • Superior Retention / Development / Acquisition skills. • Excellent Presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of and established relationships with Global accounts in the territory preferred. • BA/BS degree. • Deep understanding of optical module market. • Fluency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.
