📍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) About the Role You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service. This position is split between strategic business development and account management , with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to securing and expanding our base business revenue . You’ll be the face of IQVIA for your assigned clients, managing relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying new opportunities to deliver value through our innovative healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Account Management Represent IQVIA in all service and sales-related activities with assigned clients. Manage 2–3 key accounts, ensuring alignment with account plans and client satisfaction goals. Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, including key stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead service reviews and ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness. Resolve first-line service issues and coordinate second-line support with internal teams. Sales & Business Development Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing agreements. Understand client business challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions using IQVIA’s portfolio. Support strategic planning and execution of account growth initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and win-back strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience in marketing, consulting, or commercial roles (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus). Advanced English proficiency. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset. Why IQVIA?
