Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college / university preferred. 1-3 years B to B / pharma / Inside sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success selling in a remote only environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong presentation and communication skills utilizing supplied tools. Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with Staff. Focused on providing a high level of customer support and service with a sense of urgency. Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships. Experience maintaining accurate records of all activities. Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred. Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience. High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
