You’ll be responsible for: Creating high-impact designs that are both visually stunning as well as conceptualy and strategically sound. Manage projects from concept to completion, helping to deliver to our customers the ‘best + beyond’ creative solution in the most efficient manner. Translating brand strategy into design that’s clear, compelling, and commercially effective. Working with Creative Directors in the UK and Netherlands to bring ideas to life. Working closely with Client Service teams and fellow creatives to ensure every project exceeds client expectation. Inspiring and mentoring junior creatives and helping to raise the creative bar across the agency. This is a hands-on design role for someone who loves the craft, thrives on collaboration, and wants to make a real difference through design. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or similar degree - mandatory 5-7 years of experience in creative or design within an agency or in-house creative team. - mandatory Located close to the local region office for frequent meetings and working sessions. Strong understanding of creative deliverables across design and digital production.   Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.   Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.  Digital portfolio required at time of application.  Hybrid position that would require occasion trips into office locations and various in-person meetings as needed.   Fluent English speaker - bilingual or professional proficiency.  A high level of competence of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with AI and a desire to keep up with the latest technology and AI capabilities. Ability to interact with creative and account management teams, generating impactful motion solutions built on solid strategic foundations. Ability to think independently, self-start, and run projects from start to finish in a remote environment. Ability to interpret and interrogate creative briefs & bounce back from feedback and deliver creative solutions. Excellent organisational skills, balancing creativity with meeting deadlines. People skills that build confidence and trust with clients and collaborators. Articulate  and inspire when presenting ideas and giving feedback.
