What You Can Expect Work with the Packages designs and EDAs (HFSS, ADS) used in industry. Work with the design constraint and trade-off to be considered in industry.  Best in-class package designs / measurements instruments / high-speed interface while considering the industry’s requirements above. What We're Looking For Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program You must have existing understanding of at least one of the following: Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process.   The best candidate will also be familiar with: Lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit. Using Python for tests script. Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor Presenting the data and ideas to a diverse audience. Expected Base Pay Range (CAD) 29 - 39, $ per hour.
