Role Purpose Join our dedicated team of finance and patient activity experts supporting Consultants and Senior Consultants in designing, configuring, and implementing Patient Level Information Costing System (PLICS) and health pathway analytics solutions . You will work with proprietary web-based applications and third-party Business Intelligence tools to deliver accurate, cost-effective solutions for healthcare clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines within cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of healthcare business relevance in financial and costing analyses are essential. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Consultants in the design, development, and delivery of PLICS and Pathways Analytics projects. Participate in the development of software products and analytical tools. Review and analyze client requirements; assist in developing cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Conduct financial and costing consultancy within the healthcare sector. Understand patient activity data flow processes within hospitals. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify issues and develop client-specific solutions. Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve client challenges. Provide follow-up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction. Develop knowledge of SQL and apply it in data analysis and reporting. Maintain a strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, IFRS, and how costing fits into the payer-provider portfolio. Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy. 1–3 years of finance experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines. Preferred: Costing experience in healthcare or related sectors. Professional qualifications such as CMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools. Why Join Us?
