Location: Manchester We are looking for a Dysphagia Product Trainer to join our team delivering hands-on training on delivering support products and equipment. About the Role In this role, you will: Plan and deliver engaging dysphagia training sessions across care homes and healthcare institutions within your territory. Gain agreement for prescription conversion to our dysphagia products and address any barriers in the prescribing process. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and influence positive change. Provide accurate reporting and feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators, including delivering a minimum of two care home training sessions per day and meeting sales and conversion targets. What We’re Looking For Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Knowledge of dysphagia products and the NHS environment (acute and community settings). Understanding of compliance requirements including Competition Law and the Bribery Act. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and track performance. Experience in healthcare, clinical education, or sales is desirable, but we value adaptability, learning agility, and a proactive approach just as much. Why Join Us?
