As a Design Verification Engineer in our Switch IP group, you’ll play a key role in building the world’s most advanced networking silicon for next-generation data centers and AI infrastructure. Our unique collaborative model combines design and verification in one team, empowering you to contribute across the development cycle— from building reference models to working closely with architecture, firmware, and post-silicon teams. What You Can Expect As a Design Verification Senior Staff Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a key member of the Custom Compute Solutions (CCS) business group, driving innovation in secure, high-performance computing. CCS develops cutting-edge solutions for some of the most demanding workloads in the industry, including AI, cloud, and enterprise applications. Within this group, you will focus on enabling trusted compute environments and protecting data integrity across Marvell’s custom silicon platforms. You will work on state-of-the-art custom and industry standard technologies such as CXL, PCIE, Ethernet and ARM CPU cores. You’ll join a highly skilled design verification team that tackles complex challenges. Your work will directly impact the security and reliability of next-generation compute architectures used by leading technology companies worldwide. What We're Looking For Requirements B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields from a top-notch university. Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog/UVM - at least 5 years of related professional experience. Proven expertise in Test-bench and Verification environment development. Working knowledge of the Linux operating system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives, take ownership of complex challenges, and drive them to resolution. Passion for developing talent, sharing knowledge, and fostering growth within the team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
