What We're Looking For Student in Ph.D degree program   S olid understanding of semiconductor optical devices such as modulators, detectors, lasers and other waveguide devices.   Familiarity or direct experience in the standard Si/CMOS process technologies required for fabrication of electro-optical devices.     Familiarity or direct experience of optical simulation software tools and/or optical device modeling.   Ability to present the data and ideas to a diverse audience.   Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
