Experiencia: Preferente en supervisión de actividades y personas (deseable experiencia en supervisión de call center). Experiencia en Programas de Soporte a Pacientes en área de Call Center Capacidades: Manejo de Paquetería office (Excel, Power Point), excelente ortografía y redacción. Zona de trabajo: CDMX, Col. Nápoes, trabajo híbrido. Lunes a Viernes. Habilidades para el puesto: Relaciones interpersonales, proactividad, actitud positiva, puntual, organizado, trabajo en equipo y compromiso, facilidad de comunicación. ACTIVIDADES: Capacitación e inducción a personal de nuevo ingreso. Seguimiento y control de beneficios del programa (citas de laboratorios, unidades sin costo, etc). Seguimiento al trabajo de call center para cumplir con el apego a sus actividades. Identificación de áreas de oportunidad y propuesta de planes de mejora. Evaluación y seguimiento a actividades realizadas por el equipo de call center con el fin de verificar KPI´s y el alcance de los objetivos. Reporte y seguimiento a eventos de farmacovigilancia y soporte al equipo de call center para el adecuado reporte. Acompañamiento y comunicación constante con el equipo de trabajo. Identificación y resolución de incidencias. Revisión de los reportes generados por la plataforma del programa. Reportes solicitados por el cliente relacionados con el programa.
