Multinacional farmacéutica busca incorporar un delegado hospitalario con base en Barcelona para moverse en entorno hospitalario en su zona asignada. La modalid de trabajo será en formato híbrido (campo+digital) Sus funciones serán: - Lograr las metas y objetivos de actividad asignados para el territorio según lo acordado con el gerente de informes. - Realizar entrevistas de ventas, llevar a cabo la planificación y preparación previas a la llamada y desarrollar un enfoque autoanalítico para identificar áreas de aprendizaje de cada llamada. - Gestionar con éxito las objeciones y/o cuestiones planteadas, escalando consultas más sensibles o complejas. - Mantener registros en los sistemas de reporte dentro de los plazos requeridos. - Utilizar efectivamente el software relevante para mantener registros actualizados y reportar llamadas diarias. - Mantener informado al gerente sobre cambios en las actividades de la competencia y otros cambios del mercado. - Mantener un conocimiento técnico y de ventas actualizado de las áreas de especialidad y enfermedad y publicaciones relevantes según el perfil del cliente. - Mantener todos los equipos de la Compañía seguros y en buen estado - Discutir y documentar la actividad asignada, las herramientas de indicadores clave de desempeño y los objetivos según lo acordado con el gerente de línea. - Completar con éxito cursos de desarrollo profesional y capacitación adicional según lo requiera el cliente. - Garantizar la notificación de cualquier evento adverso identificado de acuerdo con los procesos y directrices vigentes. #LI-CES #LI-DNP IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
