AMLI Residential has a Maintenance Technician opening at AMLI Toscana Place As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment building and grounds. Duties include: Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests. Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights. Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.  Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.
