Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for exceptional customer service, and sales? AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our AMLI FAMLI team in Seattle. In this role, you will represent our central hub properties: AMLI Arc, AMLI Waterfront, AMLI South Lake Union, and AMLI 535. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple luxury communities and gain invaluable experience in the dynamic multifamily housing industry. As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant , you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include: 🏡 Leasing & Sales – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment. 📞 Prospect Engagement – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking. 📝 Administrative Support – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately. 🎉 Resident Relations & Events – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests. 📢 Marketing & Outreach – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends. 🏢 Community Presentation – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.
