AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Seattle. As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI Bellevue Park and AMLI Spring District This position comes with a free 1-bedroom apartment.   Duties include: Perform maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests. Be available to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and nights. Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.  Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.   Requirements: Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
