About the Role: As an Apartment Make Ready Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vacated apartment is restored to pristine, move-in ready condition. Your hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our community. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and assess vacated apartments, completing thorough make-ready checklists Perform repairs and replacements in a variety of areas, including: • Drywall, painting, and carpentry • Electrical and plumbing systems • Appliance troubleshooting and repair • Pool maintenance (as needed) • Windows, doors, locks, shelves, baseboards, and more Test and repair faucets, sinks, and bathtubs as necessary Create new keys and manage lock changes for incoming residents Assist with cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance alongside the team What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance in residential or multi-family settings Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Commitment to quality and resident satisfaction Why AMLI? Probar y reparar grifos, fregaderos y bañeras según sea necesario. Crear nuevas llaves y gestionar los cambios de cerraduras para los nuevos residentes.
